• 1. – Factory defect returns ONLY

    We kindly ask to check your product when you receive it, if your jewelry shows any damage or manufacturing defect, we are committed to replacing your product at no cost to you. You have 3 business days to request the return of your product from the time you receive it. All changes are according to availability of the product.

  • 2. - Returns due to wrong measurement

    If you incorrectly choose the wrong size, please send us an email to require a return. In case of requiring a return, it must be requested within 3 business days of receiving your package. Shipping is handled by the customer. For your return to be valid, you must consider that the item(s) you wish to return cannot be worn, they must be returned in the original packaging as it was sent. Jewelry that shows damage or flaws, unrelated to our manufacturing or shipping, cannot be considered for exchange or refund.

  • 3. Guarantee for wrong shipment

    In case of receiving a product which you did not order, we will absorb 100% of the shipping cost, both for the return of the product and for the shipment of your merchandise correctly, this will be by express delivery (1 to 3 business days).

  • MANUFACTURING DEFECT RETURNS

    We hope that you love all CATERINA products, however, if for any reason you would like to return any items please read our policy below: We do not accept returns or exchanges for any custom piece or earrings. Any free item received (jewelry bags) must be returned with the original order to receive a full refund. If not returned the original cost of the free piece will be deducted from the refund amount. The item must be returned to us within 3 days of delivery (domestic and international). We offer exchanges for ALL our customers if the size is wrong. Exchanges are according to availability of each product. We do not cover any costs to return items. We do not refund any amount paid for shipping. This includes any amount paid for delivery or to return the item. We only refund the cost of the unit item. All items must be completely undamaged, unworn and in the original box and pouch it came in. Once we receive your return our CATERINA team will carry out a quality assessment and if it has been returned damaged or worn in any way unfortunately we will not be able to refund you. We do not accept requests for cancellation of orders or the return of items unless the item you purchased is defective upon our confirmation. We will get back to you within 48 hours. Please include your order & tracking number, full name, email and phone number inside the package when returned and send it to the address emailed to you.
